Certified Muscle System Specialist, Jay Weitzner, co-founded Symmetry Exercise Clinic in Naples, Florida in 2013. He was driven by a passion to help his clients move better and feel better. While his career began in 1999 as a personal trainer, today he spends the majority of his workdays as a Certified Muscle System Specialist helping clients with musculoskeletal and movement issues.
Jay holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Exercise Science/Human Performance with an emphasis on exercise physiology. He is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist through the American Academy on Exercise (ACE).
He became a Muscle Activation Techniques certified specialist through Muscle Activation Techniques and a Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) through the Resistance Training Specialist program. He became the second Certified Muscle System Specialist by way of Greg Mack of Exercise Professional Education.
