Location, Location, Location
The location of the pain rarely indicates the cause of the pain.
At face value, it’s easy to connect ๐๐๐๐๐ it hurts with ๐ฌ๐๐ฎ it hurts.
Knee pain?… Something must be wrong with something in your knee. Same with the hip, back, and shoulder. Right?
Unfortunately, strategies that focus on the location of the pain and then do something to that area are very limited although appealing.
Unless a sufficient direct trauma or sufficient disease is present, the location of the pain likely has nothing to do with why it hurts.
If every professional you see attempts to help you by doing something to the area of your complaint and it hฬฒaฬฒsฬฒnฬฒ’ฬฒtฬฒ helped, reach out to a Certified Muscle System Specialist so we cฬฒaฬฒnฬฒ.
