That is what my client said when she was performing the seated calf raise exercise.
I replied, “No. You are moving the exact amount you should be.”

Why?
What makes you believe you should be able to move farther than you can?
๐ง๐ผ๐ฝ ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐:
1. Others can move farther than you so you think you should be able to move farther too.
2. You recall being able to move farther in your past so you think you should still be able to move that far.
3. You think farther is better
4. You can’t think of a reason why you shouldn’t move farther.
๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
1. Your tissue health (bone, tendon, ligament, muscle, capsule, cartilage, etc.)
2. The amount you can move is influenced by many factors. Here are a few:
A. The weight you are using.
B.The position you are in and the path you are moving through.
C.Your skeletal structure.
D.Your injury history.
3. The amount you can move is often not the same on both sides (and very often that’s ok).
