Your resources, time, and money are valuable. You should not be wasting them on stretching. The only reason to “stretch” is if you enjoy it as an activity. That’s it. There is no evidence that stretching prevents injury. “Tightness” isn’t the thing that causes pain. Below is an ever-expanding list of resources discussing why.
